In order to ensure future investment's of time and products that I may (and others may, at some point) offer I have to protect the time (SIGNIFICANT) and money I have already expended.
TMs and Army Motors will remain unaffected, but offering them for free doesn't mean that I will not at some point also enforce registration to access them.
