They did this 70+ years ago... but I guess because a computer is involved its gotta cost a couple million... that or someone's got an uncle/cousin in the DoD and getting a sweetheart deal.
Sad part is once this get on the DISA network it will fail. DISA is the military internet... yes.. its pretty bad.
