Hullabaloo Steampunk animated short

Although I doubt it will have the usual twists of Japanese Anime it looks very promising. I've read some steampunk fan fiction and while most of it is really, really bad, there are some pretty good reads to be found.
Why the corset and bustier ever went out of style is beyond me (plus I don't have to wear on of those death traps
