Found this... it shows the decal, but not clearly

The decal looks just like the one on the 5 ton jack in the ebay auction you just posted...

I emailed the seller asking him for a clear photo. He said it wouldn't be a problem. I can't justify paying $125 for a jack just to get the decal, so let's hope he comes through.
